Richard J. Bannon Jr., 66, of Cumberland, RI passed away on February 18, 2025. Born in Providence, RI to Beverly (Carpenter) Bannon and the late Richard J. Bannon Sr. He is the loving husband to Nancy Saggerson of Cumberland, RI.
Richard was a graduate of Cumberland Highschool and became a technician and later manager of D.B Amusements and Vending for 50 years. He enjoyed spending time with family and visiting the casino.
He is survived by his daughters April Letourneau and husband Heath Letourneau of Cumberland, RI, Crystal Curry of Rehoboth, MA Rose Bannon of Cumberland, RI and Michelle Guliano of Cumberland, RI, brothers David Bannon and wife Eden Bannon of Block Island and Michael Bannon of Cumberland, RI, grandchildren Mollie Letourneau, Sophie Letourneau, Annie Letourneau, Everlie Letourneau, Ashley Brown, Derek Couture, Jazelyn Couture, Michael Curry Jr., Gavin Curry, Arianna Mendez, Isabella Mendez, Ava Mendez, Alicia Guliano and Dahlia Guliano, an aunt Connie Smith of Seekonk, MA and Cousin John Smith of Seekonk, MA.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2025, from 5pm-7pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave. Lincoln. Burial Private. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be mailed to the Vexas Foundation, 1 West 85th St. Suite 4B New York, NY 10024.
